The whole process was done within 24 hours of our initial meeting and was just overall a fun experience. Paul was fun to joke with and both employees were open and friendly. When I needed to reschedule a morning appointment, Scott made it work and made sure to follow up. Really couldn't imagine a better experience overall. I love my 2016 Honda Fit and Scott and Paul helped me get it. I can now take it all over Washington and Oregon to assist families with their children with disabilities and behavior. Service Dept is unreliable We took in our CR-V when air condition started blowing warm air. First trip there they assured us problem was fixed. The problem was not fixed and we returned the car to be repaired. After $2,500 in repairs, the air-conditioning finally worked. We soon realized that the oil change had not been done. The second service advisor was helpful, but the initial service advisor was not. I do not think I can trust them for any further work. I learned that the first advisor, Lisa, was told that the first fix was temporary at best. She did not relay this to my son when he picked up the vehicle. More
