He was very helpful and called in a favor to a bank to get them to give me a loan. He then brought out I think the financing director Nathan that went over my approval and how they could also help me build my credit. Mike completely responded to my requests initially via e-mail instead of hounding me with phone calls and insisting I come into the dealership before we had a proposed price. Mike offered a price from Dick Hannah that price was less than the competition and with more features. After Mike found the exact car we wanted and I came in, he turned me over to Eddie, the business/finance manager. Eddie was very nice, offered me various options, but was not pushy about it. Eddie found financing at a lower rate than we could have from our own credit union. We walked out of Dick Hannah Honda feeling like we were respected and provided with great service. If what you are looking for is not immediately available, she will look until she finds it.
