Their honest! I came back because of Nick! He helped me try and find a used car about a month before but what they had didn't? fit my criteria. I went to other deal I came back because of Nick! I remembered how straight forward and helpful Nick was so I went back. He showed me some new arrivals and found the perfect one! Best part was the negotiation. Nathan made the overall sales experience excellent I was very impressed with Nathan Rodeman through the entire sales experience. I'd done a lot of researh and knew exactly the new vehicle I wanted. Nathan was quick to reply to my emails and coordinated communication with Nick, the sales manager, so we could come to agreement on the new vehicle price and my trade in vehicle value. I traveled over 100 miles to this dealership since they were the only one with the vehicle model in the color I wanted, however they didn't seem to take advantage of that situation. Upon arrival the vehicle was clean and prepped and right outside the door waiting for me. The time spent in the finance office was more than I like, but to be expected knowing how finance guys go through the process. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable about all the features and functions of the vehicle and was very patient giving me a complete explanation before, during and after the test drive, I highly recommend Nathan Rodeman at Dick Hannah Honda when you're shopping for your next Honda. More

Positive Car Purchasing Experience Surprise The last time I purchased a vehicle through a dealership was not an experience I ever wanted to repeat. After negotiating a price, warrranty and other The last time I purchased a vehicle through a dealership was not an experience I ever wanted to repeat. After negotiating a price, warrranty and other details, I just wanted to get out the door with my car and certainly never return, so to subject myself and my spouse to another car buying experience years later felt like we were walking into a lion's cage holding a pot roast. However, the time spent at Dick Hannah Honda, our dealer of choice was different for us. Yes, we were going through the Costco Auto Program and that in itself is supposed to eliminate the hassle of price juggling. It did, but after meeting the people we met on the sales floor, I want to believe that they would've still made our experience there more than just tolerable whether we went through Costco pricing or not. They were personable, not pushy or aggressive, extremely knowledgeable and very polite. My husband, a retired truck driver and mechanic had seen his share of the inside of car dealerships and sales lots over the last fifty years. He expressed to me as we were concluding our sale, that "this purchase had changed his opinion that there could never be a pleasant car buying experience through a dealership." Knowing my husband as I do, I was surprised to hear this statement coming out of his mouth and to know that I felt the same way! As a final point, let me say that never have we had a salesperson who had better knowledge of our style/model vehicle than did Rachel Trent. She sure knew her product! After our purchase, she asked if we'd like to come back the next day to learn the computerized components? We had time constraints on the day we purchased our vehicle so yes, we would like to come back and the next day, she spent a good deal of time helping us set up and learn how each computerized component inside the vehicle worked. So today I want to say, a big "thank. you' to our outstanding sales person, Rachel Trent at Dick Hannah Honda, and for helping us by making this purchase a pleasant one. More
