Rough start, good recovery Checked in with attendant and was told I'd be helped momentarily. Stood next to car with dog on leash for 10 minutes while seven employees dinked away Checked in with attendant and was told I'd be helped momentarily. Stood next to car with dog on leash for 10 minutes while seven employees dinked away on computers without making eye contact. Someone finally came over and said, oh, did you have an appointment? Yep, sure did (maybe shoulda looked at the license plate and figured that out when I first pulled in...). Service rep apologized profusely and got us back on track. Managed to fix airbag recall in time allotted for oil change and tire rotation - like I said, good recovery. Fix the paramount issue of greeting customer upon arrival and asking what they're in for, and rating will be back up to 5 stars. More
