Easy, transparent purchasing experience. I had a great experience purchasing a 2016 CRV EX-L! I started the transaction via email with a very responsive Chris Nelson and was referred to Scott I had a great experience purchasing a 2016 CRV EX-L! I started the transaction via email with a very responsive Chris Nelson and was referred to Scott Doyle (as Chris was not going to be at the dealership when I planned to come in) and it was a very smooth hand off. The deal was as Chris and I agreed to and Scott was able to get me a very fair price on my trade. I found Scott to be ethical, fair, honest and caring. I finished the deal in finance with Jon Lee, no surprises or pressure to purchase anything beyond what we agreed to. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They say they "Believe in Nice". My experience is that these folks walk that talk. More
