Pleasant buying experience. Had Christian as our salesman. He did a great job of going through all the features of the 2026 Honda Passport Elite, which we ended up buying. After negotiating the price, Christian didn’t go into hiding like so many salespeople do after you say ‘I do’. He kept us informed during the process. We appreciated that. The finance person we worked with was fairly easy to work with too, considering his job doubles as a ‘squeezer’ to get you purchase additional coverages. One has to expect this as part of the ‘dance’. His demeanor was respectful though, and not pushy, and that helped relieve the stress factor that is baked in when one purchases a vehicle. Overall, it was a good experience. I’m hoping the service department will also be easy to work with when the time arrives to service our vehicle. In conclusion, I would recommend Dick Hannah to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. More

Terrible experience. Went in on a Saturday and was told a 2016 Civic was getting detailed and serviced and would be on the lot on Monday. Got a call Monday the car was not on the lot but I could make an appt. for the Friday and that they would pull the keys and reserve the car so we could be the first to drive it. Checked on Wednesday and still not on the lot and was told it would be ready Friday. Had financing ready. Got a call Friday morning to make sure I was still coming in and when we went in was told it was sold the night before. Offered a 2025 on a lease instead. Shady and unprofessional. Drove to Ton Tonkin and bought from them. More
