Being a single mom on a tight budget with challenged credit, I knew my odds were going to be slim to none, and was fully expecting to rely on c-tran for a while. I sent an email on a whim asking about a Ford Focus, and within a few hours, I was on the phone to Scott, filling out an application for financing, and desperately trying to find a way to stay within my budget. Scott and the whole team working on my financing really went to bat for me and went 10 extra miles to help me find what I needed at a price I could afford. From haggling with the finance company to making the necessary concessions on their end, I walked out of the dealership in my new car the same day my old one died, and never once did I feel that anyone had anything other than my best interest in mind, and never did I get that 'she's a girl, so she's an easy target' feeling. Everyone I worked with was respectful, no-nonsense and honest. Scott was amazing and really took the time to look over my finances with me and help me make the decision I needed. I look forward to working with them in the future. More

The purchase process was easy When I first called, I felt that the sales guy Nick was pushy and wanted to drag out a simple phone call to get me on the hook... I was annoyed. Then I went in to see the car which was a used '13 Toyota 4Runner, and it was for sale at the Honda dealership... The guy who I spoke with on the phone was leaving for the day (he was not annoying in person BTW) instead I got to work with Richard. He was very friendly and not pushy... I drove the car, 2 test drives actually, then went home and slept on it. Came back the next afternoon and purchased the car. All in all it was a great experience (for someone who does not like buying cars or the car sales environment at all) and I love my new vehicle. More
