Good but wrong on a charge Dylan was a good person and I like him as a salesman but charging your customers 208.00$ for mud flaps to be put on by your tech that a 7 year old can Dylan was a good person and I like him as a salesman but charging your customers 208.00$ for mud flaps to be put on by your tech that a 7 year old can do is unjustified.Plus I had to go back and have service fix a screw that was stripped,and the screws didn't match.Very unhappy about that. The conversation was brief and encouraging regarding our planned purchase, and my wife and I arrived at the dealership within an hour. Chris greeted us, and was happy to allow Scott Doyle to take care of us since he was with another customer. Scott took his time with us, listened to us, and explained options to us as we strolled around the lot looking at the amazing inventory of CR-V's. This was our family's third car buying experience with Dick Hannah Honda, and each time we have returned because everyone has always gone out of their way to be sure our experience was satisfying. We especially appreciated Scott Doyle, and all the time he spent with us to ensure that we found the perfect car. On a personal level, it certainly didn't hurt experiencing my wife's and Scott's shared passion for baseball! More
