I started online and found what I wanted then filled out the forms for their Virtual Deal and was contacted by Chris Nelson who was not pushy at all but continued to follow through with me to make sure that if I was interested that I was finding what I needed. I set up a time to come in and even though he wasn't working that day he made sure the car was available and ready for us when we came. We ended up working with Gennadiy Ogleznev who was great. He patiently waited as my wife fed our baby and we each took a turn doing a test drive. We were looking at an Odyssey and since it was the only one we had really seen he pulled over a Toyota from another lot so that we could compare. It didn't compare well even though it was more expensive and a model year newer. Genna was patient as we fed our baby and changed him again and discussed financing options. They gave a fair trade in price on what was essentially a worthless car. More

Misleading So me and my wife had a good experience until it was time to pay. When I was going over all our loan paper work something didn't seem right and from s So me and my wife had a good experience until it was time to pay. When I was going over all our loan paper work something didn't seem right and from someone who's never taken an auto or any loan out I had expected the interest rate to be of the total not per year which he did not make clear at all when he knew we had never done this before we didn't know about that. He just wanted the paper signed and a car sold. Then after they told us the interest and everything I asked I could always refinance it later and get my payment lowered. I double check the same question before we left. I was assured that I could refinance later down the road. Guess what that lender doesn't do refinancing. That was a flat lie they told me to sign papers. Maybe they didn't know. Wel yeah but they should've checked and they didn't. So unless I transfer my loan to a different bank that does I'm stuck with at least $11,000 in interest. Who in there right mind would do that for a car?! So if you want good customer service that will not actually check the facts but just tell you what you want to hear choose dick Hannah Honda. This is not the first horror story I've herd from the dealership, after the fact of course. Or I would have never went there. I also contacted the lender this morning and they said it hadn't been finalized. When I called the dealership back to tell them I was bringing it back and it hadn't been finalized so I could bring still magically 40 minutes later the bank called and told me it was now finalized. And guess what again. Dick Hannah dealership and contacted them to get everything straightened out. Now I really can't take it back thanks for royally screwing me dick Hannah More

Awesome people. Awesome experience Chris Nelson was our salesman. I found Dick Hannah online and was going to originally going to get a new Honda Civic. I drive 100 miles and day commuting to work and figured that would be the best choice. I got my proposed payments, though they were very good, I still didn't want my payments above $350. So I looked at the other cars and gave Chris a HUGE list to work up for me. He had it done within 5 minutes no questions asked. He even went above and beyond and gave me his cell number to contact him after hours if I had any questions. He made one suggestion with another vehicle than texted me and told me he didn't think it was a good choice. I appreciated his honesty. I finally decided on a Chevy Cruze which I must say I am very happy with. Everyone I met there was amazing and friendly. We might even be able to save on our insurance both home and auto because they have an Allstate agent there. You CANNOT beat their warranties. They are amazing!!! Everyone was down to earth. We got pre-approved online and we're only there for no more than an hour. I highly recommend Dick Hannah and Chris! More

No one knew how to fill out the required paperwork, confusing is an understatement. I was going to have my company wire $31,000 to this dealership, I was expecting to spend no more than an hour finalizing the sale. I ended up spending over two hours on Monday and then most of the day Tuesday in order to purchase a truck, it shouldn't be this hard when you are paying cash with no trade-in?? More
