Better Than I Could Have Asked For!! After two harrowing days at two different dealerships I walked into the showroom of Dick Hannah Honda and was greeted by Justin Johnson. I explained t After two harrowing days at two different dealerships I walked into the showroom of Dick Hannah Honda and was greeted by Justin Johnson. I explained to him that my daughter needed a new car, had all her financing in order and a co-signer if need be. Two other dealerships got her all revved up with a car and after hours and hours and hours of waiting declined her for a loan, each for a different reason. I explained to Justin that my daughter could not bare getting her hopes dashed one more time. He completely and totally understood, and also did not fully understand why she would be declined for a loan. I took her in the next day at the pre-determined time and the very first thing he did was sit her down for financing. He did not want to get her hopes up for a car she might not qualify for. Well done Justin!! It was only upon completion of financing and loan approval that he took her out to look for a car. I had suggested the night before, after making the appointment with Justin that she go online to view their inventory. After seeing one vehicle that she liked she told me that she could not browse the inventory for fear of getting her hopes up again only to be dashed. To my utter and complete shock, after financing the vehicle Justin recommended for her was the very vehicle she viewed on the Internet the night before!! I am not native to WA state and I have owned many vehicles, often numerous cars, trucks and SUV's at a time. I almost always buy new, but prefer new/used. I personally know many, many car salesmen including a GM at a monster dealership and owners of dealerships, even my own son in law was a car salesman at one time, all in other states. Todays purchase makes the fifth auto purchase in my family since we have moved to WA. Justin Johnson is hands down the very best auto salesman that I have worked with in this state. He is amazing!! He not only tries to meet your automotive needs, but he is very keen on understanding his customers and their needs. Bravo Justin Johnson to a job extremely well done!! I would recommend him to anyone in the market for any vehicle!! Thank you so much for putting my daughter in her vehicle and being sensitive enough to never put her in a position to get her hopes dashed. Thank you so very much for not trying to put her in a vehicle that would financially stretch her to her limits. I could not have asked for more. My only question is, where were you three days ago before this horrid process began?? Lol!! More

I was pretty discouraged about how other sales people didn't care enough to try to help. When Richard said he could help us, I had my doubts. But he worked so hard to help us, and this was a span of three days. He told us he would try and not give on up and he didn't. Next thing you know he calls us and we have the vehicle we wanted.
