Best Price, Thanks Paul! After looking for months for a Honda Element in good condition,with not a lot of mileage, we found one at Dick Hannah Honda. The vehicle was about 2 thousand less than other elements within a 100 mile radius. The salesman that greeted and showed us the car was Paul Nicholas. Paul responded quickly to our questions and was very friendly. He is a no pressure salesmen and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Paul if you look for a car at Dick Hannah Honda. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is the add on Dick Hannah puts on the vehicle and charges the consumer. The add-ons that were added on top of the advertised price were "pulse" which is an added blinky break light and "Etch" which Dick Hannah somehow inscribes the vin number into all the windows. I could care or less about the either of the two and would have rather saved $600.00. Even with the add-ons the final price of the vehicle was better than others in the area. When its time to vehicle shop again I will definitely look at Dick Hannah Honda first, but will ask about the add-ons when first inquiring. More

There was no pressure that is common with purchasing a vehicle. Gone was the practice of bringing someone into a room with sales reps coming in/out and dragging out the process that generally used to take 6-8 hours. The only suggestion I can make is to turn down the intercom. Oh there is one other thing, I did not receive the Owners Manual for my vehicle. May want to make sure those are in the cars. Otherwise, all was great! More
