I didn't feel hassled or pressured during my experience and would recommend others to buy. Tires/Alignment When I arrived for my appointment (I had intended to wait that particular day for service), there was a "glitch" in that the tires I had requested had When I arrived for my appointment (I had intended to wait that particular day for service), there was a "glitch" in that the tires I had requested had not been ordered. Ray Croon was my Service Advisor (whom I have worked with before). Ray is the epitome of the professional and makes things happen! Rather than reschedule my appointment, Ray found the right tires and had them sent to the service center to complete the job. During the process, Ray came to the waiting area several times to advise me where we were in the course of things - ie, waiting for tires, tires here, tires being put on car, etc. As a retired professional, I appreciate the professional courtesies afforded to me at Dick Hannah (I have lived in the state for 5 years and have always serviced my car at Dick Hannah and purchased my last car there). Natalie was the delightful woman to help me through this horrific and difficult experience. She was kind, compationate, ever so patient as she listened to my babbling, went out of her way to make the process stress-free, gave me updates and promptly returned my frantic calls. Natalie gave me the most profound peace of mind as she tenderly and graciously brought my vehicle back to me. She was so understanding and really brought me out of the nightmare that is auto theft. She presented me with multiple options for how to proceed, giving me the ability to make an informed decision that I could not only feel comfortable with, but afford.
