Love my Honda CRV Great eerie nice working with Lewis. Very nice and really feel the was looking after our best interest. Great customer service all the way around. We made an appointment at a re We recently bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey. Within a few weeks it started making a weird noise that was pretty unsettling. We made an appointment at a repair shop near our home, and left feeling like we just didn't trust them. We decided to get a second opinion at Dick Hannah Honda. After bringing it into Dick Hanna Honda, we received THE BEST customer service. Everyone was polite, friendly, and knowledgable. We worked with Che, who was absolutely fantastic at his job and truly took care of us. We ended up having to replace a major part and spend a fair amount of money, since our warranty didn't cover what we needed, but Che made the whole process as painless and easy as possible. We felt like he was really on our side, he explained everything in detail, and helped us out whenever he could. We are absolutely loyal Dick Hannah Honda customers from now on. More

After visiting a discount lot and experiencing lackluster salesman and overpriced older cars, I started over Wednesday at Dick Hannah. Felisha greeted us and when we explained I was 3 days post accident she was very sympathetic, sensitive to the trauma I felt, immediately responded with a vehicle in my price range and was very informative. All members I was helped by at Dick Hannah were efficient, thorough, pleasant and understanding. Very professional staff. I had no issues with $$ as I had savings to use but Alisha Monahan was still aware of the stress and uncertainty I went through. Three days later I am delighted with my nice 2013 sonata and could not be happier with the service I received. Thank you. More
