I drove to a few independents who all could not tell me exactly what was going on with my car and wanted to start replacing parts to see if that fixed the problem. I was cautious about going to a dealer as I always thought they charged more than most mechanics and so when I could not get an answer I drove to Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver. I drove in and was greeted by the nicest person, Natalie Chambers, who made sure she understood everything before taking my keys and directing me to the waiting area. I watched her from the waiting room as she directed mechanics to find the issue with my beloved civic. I waited about 20 minutes and then she came into the waiting room and told me the issues that no one else could find. They could do the repair while I waited or I could come back she said. I took a leap of faith and waited for the car. In about an hour they rolled out my civic with a fresh wash and parked it right out front. The total bill was under $150.00 and I was on my way in a jiffy. Everything was explained and I was treated with dignity and respect from the moment I walked in. Other shops were starting at around the same price to try and swap parts to fix the issue, but at the dealer I got it fixed right the first time and with no guess work. I am no longer scared of going to Honda to have my Honda fixed and maintained. More

We found the new vehicle we wanted on their lot on a Friday afternoon and concluded the buying and trade-in discussion at that time. We returned to the dealership on Saturday morning, signed the purchase agreement paperwork and drove our new CRV home. Lewis Williams was our sales representative during this process and did a great job. He made the entire process very enjoyable. Lewis was very thorough and highly knowledgeable.
