One Happy Lady I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect! Integrity Very unprofessional. Stated document fee was not negotiable, that Toyota did not use real leather. Also sign on car stating that added dealer options Very unprofessional. Also sign on car stating that added dealer options were included in the price...did not apply if they lowered the price (excuse me!) Overall experience showed a complete lack of integrity and out and out dishonesty. More

My new ride I haven't bought a car since 2009. I spoke with Lewis Williams on Friday regarding the process of getting another car. He directed me to the web. I f I haven't bought a car since 2009. I found the car I wanted on Saturday and on Sunday he had the car brought over to the dealership. It only took about 2 hours for the deal to be completed. I am very happy with my car and the service provided. When I decide to buy another car I will definitely get it with this dealership and Lewis as my sales person. More

Great Car Buying Experience I purchased a used vehicle from Dick Hannah Honda. I had been in contact with Judy who works with internet sales and she assisted me with the vehicles I purchased a used vehicle from Dick Hannah Honda. I had been in contact with Judy who works with internet sales and she assisted me with the vehicles that I had expressed interest in. I was asked several times by other employees if I would finance with them if they could get me a better rate, although I already planned and was approved for an auto loan by my credit union. They weren't pushy, but did insist that they could get me a better deal. I declined, as I prefer to go with a tried and true banker. More

Fantastic experience I brought my car to Dick Hannah Honda after watching the news pertaining to air bag recalls, I was greeted and referred to a gentleman named Che who w I brought my car to Dick Hannah Honda after watching the news pertaining to air bag recalls, I was greeted and referred to a gentleman named Che who was amazing and reason I am writing the review. After typing my vehicles information in his computer he confirmed my vehicle was actually not only due for those two recalls but also another one I was unaware of that involved my headlight switch. I let him know I felt uneasy about driving my vehicle and he was so great, he not only got my car in right away, he arranged a shuttle ride for me to get to work so I did not have to bring the car back, and even picked me up when my vehicle was completed. I even received a complimentary vehicle inspection and was contacted by text which I thought was fantastic as I was unable to take calls while in meetings at work. I could not thank him enough for the work that he performed on our vehicle and for taking the time to listen and offer alternative transportation and communication methods. Che was so fantastic, He is a true professional. More
