2nd Honda We bought a CRV at Dick Hannah new in 2013. Great car, easy buying experience so when we started looking for another car we went there first. Jack Li We bought a CRV at Dick Hannah new in 2013. Great car, easy buying experience so when we started looking for another car we went there first. Jack Livingston was great. Very informed about the vehicles and the comparisons between them. We walked the first day because the trade in wasn't what we wanted but came back 2 weeks later(?). Jack recognized our truck in the parking lot, remembered our names and we picked right back up where we left off and ended up buying a new Civic. He made the process easy. Had an answer for all our questions. Showed us a about the features and set up before we left. Reminded me about featured on my CRV I'd forgotten. Overall excellent customer service and excellent experience. Thanks for making it easy. More

Dylan is awesome! I came in wanting to trade in my car for something bigger and affordable. I came to see Dylan Connell and he was awesome! One Happy Lady I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect! Integrity Very unprofessional. Stated document fee was not negotiable, that Toyota did not use real leather. Also sign on car stating that added dealer options Very unprofessional. Also sign on car stating that added dealer options were included in the price...did not apply if they lowered the price (excuse me!) Overall experience showed a complete lack of integrity and out and out dishonesty. More

My new ride I haven't bought a car since 2009. I spoke with Lewis Williams on Friday regarding the process of getting another car. He directed me to the web. I f I haven't bought a car since 2009. I found the car I wanted on Saturday and on Sunday he had the car brought over to the dealership. It only took about 2 hours for the deal to be completed. I am very happy with my car and the service provided. When I decide to buy another car I will definitely get it with this dealership and Lewis as my sales person. More

Great Car Buying Experience I purchased a used vehicle from Dick Hannah Honda. I had been in contact with Judy who works with internet sales and she assisted me with the vehicles I purchased a used vehicle from Dick Hannah Honda. I had been in contact with Judy who works with internet sales and she assisted me with the vehicles that I had expressed interest in. I was asked several times by other employees if I would finance with them if they could get me a better rate, although I already planned and was approved for an auto loan by my credit union. They weren't pushy, but did insist that they could get me a better deal. I declined, as I prefer to go with a tried and true banker. More
