Got the excellent service we knew Dick Hanna would provide ! We had bought a Honda from Dick Hanna 6 years previous, and knew they offered an outstanding product and great service. The new experience didn't change any of that... we bought a great new car (Crosstour) and the service from Dick Hanna was the difference. Any dealership can offer a good price, but I'm old school, customer service makes the difference in making a purchase. Peace of Mind Established I have not had to buy a car for over 12 years, so going in to a dealership was a little intimidating, knowing how most dealerships operate. I was pleasantly surprised to have such a good experience buying a car. My salesperson, Dylan Connell, was fabulous and very helpful and transparent. Amazing Service I normally have my Pilot serviced at a different dealership but had a poor experience. I thought I would give Dick Hannah a chance, and I was not let I normally have my Pilot serviced at a different dealership but had a poor experience. I thought I would give Dick Hannah a chance, and I was not let down. I was greeted in such a friendly yet professional manor by Ray. He text me as soon as I left the dealership and kept me updated through the stay of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, Ray explained everything that was done. I could not have asked for a better exerpience. Thank you Ray and thank you Dick Hannah. I will be back when I am due for my next service! It is making me select an employee that I worked with, but Ray isn't listed. It won't let me proceed without clicking a box next to an employees name, so please disregard the employee I was forced to select. More

A gentle reminder that appointments are best and I was out the door with my Pilot running perfect. The best part is it was all covered under warranty. Service Review My original purchase was unplanned, but the staff helping me decide on a purchase made things so easy, that I ended up buying a car. For my most recent service, I give the dealership highest marks (something I normally don't do when evaluating) because there was concern as to my needs while waiting for the service to my vehicle. The questions were friendly and gave the impression that there was care for the customer. Although the service department was in a reorganization mode, I was briefed as to where I could wait in comfort and watch TV and/or sit with a cup of coffee. What I liked most, was the end of service brief that explained the process having taken place. It was not hurried, and my questions were answered quite well. I was impressed and feel the gentleman (sorry, I don't have his name as I write this) represented the dealership VERY well. I live over 45 miles from the dealership, but feel the drive and inconvenience is less important than the fine service I get for my vehicle. Because of that, I have never had anyone else but Dick Hannah Honda do service on my vehicle. I have thought about it, but have no recommendations for improvement of any kind. All of the staff have performed especially well. More

Ask for LEWIS WILLIAMS! So, I need a new car but I don't have the best credit. I look all over and couldn't find anything! I applied online at dick Hannah Honda and got a call from Lewis Williams. Lewis walked me through every single step. I get to the dealership and he explains everything to me. He says "based on your credit we can offer you this apr." I was fine with that but told him I thought it was a little high. Sure enough he comes back with an even better rate and offers me more upgrades at the same price! Lewis Williams is who you want to go see! He hooked me up with a 2015 Honda Fit and I couldn't be happier. Remember to ask for Lewis Williams. He will take care of you. More

The best way to buy a car is from Judy Gomez I had been looking for a car for almost 2 months. It was going to be a CRV or a Rav4. I went to Dick Hannah Honda and met with Judy. She new her produ I had been looking for a car for almost 2 months. It was going to be a CRV or a Rav4. I went to Dick Hannah Honda and met with Judy. She new her product, as well as her competition. I was surprised how easy it was. I was determined not to buy that day. Judy was honest and very helpful..I went down the street to look at my other choice. I received the run around with different sales people. I knew I was finished when the last salesman told me the CRV was not a good vehicle.
