Fantastic experience I brought my car to Dick Hannah Honda after watching the news pertaining to air bag recalls, I was greeted and referred to a gentleman named Che who w I brought my car to Dick Hannah Honda after watching the news pertaining to air bag recalls, I was greeted and referred to a gentleman named Che who was amazing and reason I am writing the review. After typing my vehicles information in his computer he confirmed my vehicle was actually not only due for those two recalls but also another one I was unaware of that involved my headlight switch. I let him know I felt uneasy about driving my vehicle and he was so great, he not only got my car in right away, he arranged a shuttle ride for me to get to work so I did not have to bring the car back, and even picked me up when my vehicle was completed. I even received a complimentary vehicle inspection and was contacted by text which I thought was fantastic as I was unable to take calls while in meetings at work. I could not thank him enough for the work that he performed on our vehicle and for taking the time to listen and offer alternative transportation and communication methods. Che was so fantastic, He is a true professional. More

Any dealership can offer a good price, but I'm old school, customer service makes the difference in making a purchase. Peace of Mind Established I have not had to buy a car for over 12 years, so going in to a dealership was a little intimidating, knowing how most dealerships operate. Amazing Service I normally have my Pilot serviced at a different dealership but had a poor experience. I thought I would give Dick Hannah a chance, and I was not let down. I was greeted in such a friendly yet professional manor by Ray. He text me as soon as I left the dealership and kept me updated through the stay of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, Ray explained everything that was done. I could not have asked for a better exerpience. Thank you Ray and thank you Dick Hannah. I will be back when I am due for my next service! It is making me select an employee that I worked with, but Ray isn't listed. It won't let me proceed without clicking a box next to an employees name, so please disregard the employee I was forced to select. More

A gentle reminder that appointments are best and I was out the door with my Pilot running perfect. The best part is it was all covered under warranty. For my most recent service, I give the dealership highest marks (something I normally don't do when evaluating) because there was concern as to my needs while waiting for the service to my vehicle. The questions were friendly and gave the impression that there was care for the customer. Although the service department was in a reorganization mode, I was briefed as to where I could wait in comfort and watch TV and/or sit with a cup of coffee. What I liked most, was the end of service brief that explained the process having taken place. It was not hurried, and my questions were answered quite well. I was impressed and feel the gentleman (sorry, I don't have his name as I write this) represented the dealership VERY well. I live over 45 miles from the dealership, but feel the drive and inconvenience is less important than the fine service I get for my vehicle. Because of that, I have never had anyone else but Dick Hannah Honda do service on my vehicle. I have thought about it, but have no recommendations for improvement of any kind. All of the staff have performed especially well. More

I applied online at dick Hannah Honda and got a call from Lewis Williams. Lewis walked me through every single step. I get to the dealership and he explains everything to me. He says "based on your credit we can offer you this apr." I was fine with that but told him I thought it was a little high. Sure enough he comes back with an even better rate and offers me more upgrades at the same price! Lewis Williams is who you want to go see! He hooked me up with a 2015 Honda Fit and I couldn't be happier. Remember to ask for Lewis Williams. He will take care of you. More
