I was greated very nicely by Liza the service tech. She immediately got started to resolve the problem. Result software update performed and propeller shaft replaced all under warranty. Vehicle drive is good no vibration. Excellent service! More
Great car buying experience I had previously purchased a 2008 Honda Fit at this dealership back in mid-2008, and I took it to them for all the servicing. That last time I took in the Fit for servicing a few weeks ago, my service advisor, Natalie, introduced me to Judy, one of the "Exchange" folks; I told Judy that I was looking for a used Accord with extra features. She took down some information, showed me a car that was very close to what I described, and really listened to me. I ended up not purchasing that particular car that day (I wanted one a few years newer). Judy called me last week and let me know about another car available. When I went in that afternoon, that particular car was way out of my price range (and to be fair, Judy and I had never really talked price in much detail, just the kind of car I wanted), so her colleague, Linda, showed me several other cars that fit the bill. I ended up buying a 2013 VW Passat that is PERFECT. The price was perfect. The extra features are perfect. The entire process was perfect. No stress anywhere along the way. I hadn't expected to purchase a car that day, but everything fell into place and it was a great purchase experience. I would *definitely* recommend Dick Hannah Honda to anybody wishing to purchase either a new or used vehicle. And kudos to Dick Hannah/The Hannah Family for switching to salaried salespeople. You can tell the difference in the low-push approach to dealing with customers. Job well done. P.S. I also worked briefly with Nathan Rodeman in the past, and he was quite good. No pressure, and very knowledgeable about tons of car makes/models! More

She even helped me switch belongings from my old car to my new car! So happy with my purchase and will be coming back with all my car buying needs! More

fast, friendly, no pressure Nick was super friendly and FAST!! He was running the whole time we were there and the entire experience took less than 2 hours. Sales staff were friendly, open, asked questions, didn't make assumptions about what I wanted/needed/knew. And I walked out with exactly the car I wanted. I took it in for its first service this week, and had a similarly fantastic experience. Service took about 90 minutes, and for $52, staff changed the (synthetic) oil; checked on alignment, tire pressure, wiper fluid, etc; and gave it a great internal & external wash. Felt like driving away with a new car all over again. Thanks! More
