I purchased a 2026 rock creek pathfinder recently . the only problems were we did not get the color we wanted because it was not shown to us even though one was on the lot . except for one guy in servi the only problems were we did not get the color we wanted because it was not shown to us even though one was on the lot . except for one guy in service no one knew anything about adding a electric brake controller . I was told by salesman it was integral to the truck , it is not ,then told it is not needed , it is illegal to tow over 3000lbs without trailer brakes . The whole sales staff there that day was totally clueless to that subject and what it takes to install a aftermarket controller on that truck . More

The Sales manager Todd Martin made the transaction seamless, He found the vehicle I wanted, had it waiting from another Hanah dealership and introduced me to a very nice young man by the name of Camm seamless, He found the vehicle I wanted, had it waiting from another Hanah dealership and introduced me to a very nice young man by the name of Cammeron Kelso, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and an all around great person to deal with. When I was finished Mr. Martin made sure it was the right vehicle and I said it was exactly as listed on the website in fact even better than I expected. I was then introduced to Garrett Heinetz the Business manager who had 90 % of the paperwork completed, Mr. Heinetz was very respectful of my time did a great job explaining the DMV paperwork all additional paperwork and most importantly the options to protect my vehicle with no pressure and it was a very enjoyable experience. I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I was working with the salesman and sales manager and made it very clear from the beginning that I lived three hours away. I also told them there was a truck much closer to me that was essentially identical. They worked out numbers with me and specifically told me they would beat the other dealership’s price. I even completed a credit application, which I was initially told they had not received, but I was assured that the agreed-upon price would still be honored. Throughout the week, I asked multiple times to confirm the price because I did not want to drive three hours only to find out that the numbers had changed. I was repeatedly given the impression that everything was good to go. After making the three-hour trip, I was then told that they had my credit application after all, but that there had been a mistake with the price. That was extremely frustrating and disheartening. Had they been upfront with me beforehand, I could have avoided wasting an entire day and the expense and inconvenience of traveling that far. The finance experience was also disappointing. I put a substantial amount of money down in cash, and during the transaction the finance manager specifically told me that his office was audio and video recorded. Three days later, he called me to double-check a process that we had already completed. What bothered me most was that he immediately started discussing numbers without first asking whether I was available to talk. I was driving with my family in the vehicle at the time, and I felt it was inappropriate to discuss financial information without first confirming that I was in a private or appropriate setting to have that conversation. Overall, the experience left me feeling that my time and privacy were not respected. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and transparency. When a customer tells you they are driving three hours and repeatedly asks for confirmation of the agreed-upon price, that information needs to be accurate. I would have expected much better communication and professionalism from the dealership. More
