The Pre-sales guy (austin? ) got pushy with me - I told him I was going somewhere else- THEN they pulled my credit AFTER I said I was taking my business elsewhere- And NEVER com ) got pushy with me - I told him I was going somewhere else- THEN they pulled my credit AFTER I said I was taking my business elsewhere- And NEVER communicated Anything back to me.... can they pull credit without permission and for No Reason since I chose to go elsewhere??? This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had (and we have bought well over 40 cars in our lifetime). Lawrence was so knowledgeable and never pushy.
