Great end result!! I went in for a browse and was quickly disappointed. I was met by an salesman who was very friendly. I feel like he was trying to be honest and helpf I went in for a browse and was quickly disappointed. I was met by an salesman who was very friendly. I feel like he was trying to be honest and helpful, which I appreciate but when I explained multiple times that I did not want the car he continually suggested he ended up telling me to go to a different area of the lot because there was “nothing else he could do for me” so I meandered on to the VW side of things and met Nicholas. I explained my experience on the other side of the lot and he was just as confused as I. Nicholas’ attitude was exactly what I expected from the other guy, he let me explain what I needed and we set a plan in action to find the perfect car for me! Nicholas and the team on the VW side definitely worked hard to meet my needs when it came to my new car and budget. I truly appreciate his patience. What started out as a disappointing event quickly turned into a great one! Thanks Nicholas for all of your help and thanks mom!! More

Deborah Kaiser was the individual who sold me , what I have determined is to be my last car. At 68 this last car needed to be just right. Deborah was stellar in her performance. She is relentlessly upbeat and was willing to meet me half way or more when negotiating a deal. She was quick to respond to all emails sent to her and follow up accordingly. Having bought many cars from Dick Hannah, this experience even in its finality far exceeded expectations for ease of purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Deborah to my colleagues. Deborah patiently helped me to find "just the right car for me" with what I wanted and within the price range that I needed. At the end of the day, I felt like I had the car I wanted and made a friend to boot. Could not have asked for more. Great experience. More
