Wonderful Buying Experience We had previously owned a diesel Jetta Sportwagen, which we had sold back to Volkswagen. We enjoyed driving the Jetta as it had great handling, performance, and economy. We were planning a trip to the Portland area (we live in Anchorage Alaska) to attend a wedding. Rather than rent a car for the time we were there, we thought we might look into buying a replacement for the Jetta, and then driving it home. We checked the Dick Hannah website and inquired about the new model Golf Alltrack. Dimitry Makhanov, the internet sales associate, answered our inquiry with a quote and suggested we contact him again a little closer to the time of our visit. He contacted us again about three weeks prior to our arrival with a quote on the model and color of Alltrack we were looking for. We agreed to buy the car and everything went smoothly. The transaction was very straight forward and easy. When we arrived at the Portland airport, Dimitry was right there to pick us up. He took us to the dealership and spent a good amount of time familiarizing us with our beautiful new car. He really went out of his way to make sure we were thoroughly happy. He has subsequently contacted us several times to make sure we are completely satisfied. I can't say enough about our experience. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Hannah Volkswagen. More
