Best Salesman and Service team We were in the process of deciding what to do about the buyback process--we were looking at the TDI Passat buyback-- from Volkswagen, and happened to We were in the process of deciding what to do about the buyback process--we were looking at the TDI Passat buyback-- from Volkswagen, and happened to meet Nick Blystone. He spent over an hour with us the first day, just giving us feedback about the process of the buyback. Even after he spent an hour with us, we hadn't planned on buying a car at that point. He was great at being personable and courteous, and not pushy. We decided to return two days later to actually buy a car. Again we asked to see Nick. He was a no hassle guy, and we were impressed with his professionalism and caring nature! He got us the price we were willing to pay, and seemed genuinely interested about our well being and satisfaction about the purchase. Wow!!!
