At this time the original tires had worn down to 3/32 and were replaced with new tires at no cost to us. This was part of the Dick Hanna policy with new V.W. purchased in September 2005.All in all service has been very courteous,prompt and the vechile has been trouble free. More
Josh always treats me as if he's pleased to see me - friendly and respectful. He listens when I talk and explains the work to be done. My 2003 Jetta needed service and I was debating if I wanted to take it to a Dealer or private shop. My prior experience with Dick Hannah Volkswagen was only to buy parts or look for a vehicle. In my op wanted to take it to a Dealer or private shop. My prior experience with Dick Hannah Volkswagen was only to buy parts or look for a vehicle. In my oppinion they were about average compared to other Dealers that I have been to. I had a new key programmed and requested that they see if the engine had the latest flash file. Also I wanted to know what the radio code was for this car because I purchased it used. Was informed that they would have to hook up another computer to check engine software but they would see what they could do for me. I requested that they give an estimate if it was going to cost extra. As I waited in the comfortable customer lounge, I had some cookies and coffee and watched a good football game on tv. The sales and service staff were very freindly. I asked the customer service advisor Phi Nyugen if my car was done yet and requested that the radio code was documented on my owners manual. She personally hunted down the information and came in to let me know what was happening with the car. I was very pleased to hear that there were no charges for the extra requests. My job is in customer service and I was inspired by the Service Dept at Dick Hannha Volkswagen. They get it. Phi is awesome! I will be back if and when I need further service. I am an ex-technician myself, and as such, this was the first time our Passat has been in a dealership since we bought it 5 years ago. The only reason it went was because there were four significant recall first time our Passat has been in a dealership since we bought it 5 years ago. The only reason it went was because there were four significant recall campaigns that I wanted to get taken care of. The work was done in a timely fashion and the staff was courteous and helpful. They even offered to wash it for me when everything was said and done. Given how dirty it was, that feature alone was worth the trip in and of itself. :) More
Brought my 2003 Passat in for a problem water pump, splash guard and cruise control issue. They fixed everything on time and explained it all well. The 2004 VW Passat is the 4th car I have purchased from Dick Hannah Volkswagen. To support my purchases, I have always had my service done at this dealership. Previously, I had worked in Outside Sales, and Dick Hannah Volkswagen. To support my purchases, I have always had my service done at this dealership. Previously, I had worked in Outside Sales, and I certainly recognized the importance of keeping up the service as recommended. I am always been able to get an appointment at one of my targeted dates and times and never a mix-up on appointments. They seem genuinely interested in taking care of my cars concerns, and I have always had the work completed in the agreed upon time frame, with what I feel is a fair price for qualified, professional work. Phi has been wonderful in the service department. She's always willing to explain what's being done and then what has been completed.
