Even though I loved the car, when he started to hustle me with the sleazy car salesman hype, I was walking out of the dealership until Travis Milward stopped me and dealt with me fairly. Travis made me a great deal and is the reason I bought the car. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed in the salesman's lack of knowledge about the car, his untowardly sales tactics and his less than thorough explanation of the car's features that I left with a less than great feeling about this dealership. Great Buying Experience and Wonderful Car I have not purchased a new car in over 15 years. I was somewhat forced into the situation due to my car being totaled in an accident and I had to repl I have not purchased a new car in over 15 years. I was somewhat forced into the situation due to my car being totaled in an accident and I had to replace it. I'm quite particular about who I deal with and what type of car I'm interested in. I did quite a bit of research in advance and narrowed my choices down to three different vehicles. Dick Hannah Hyundai had two of the three vehicles, so I set out to do test drives. I was immediately shown the two cars of interest and all my questions were answered about both. The salesperson, Cort, was very informative about each vehicle as was the manager Travis. I was very comfortable with the superior knowledge of both these fine gentlemen. After careful consideration of the information, I decided to test drive the Elantra which was the car that best met my needs and price point. I then took it for a test drive and was sold. It performed beautifully and I'm quite sure I'll enjoy my Elantra for years to come. Thanks Tavis and Cort for making my car buying experience a joy instead of a dreaded task. More
