Love the car, hate the dealership So far I love the car but I will never do business of any sort with Dick Hannah. My original review was positive but as soon as we went into financing that's when it went downhill. All of a sudden the price of the vehicle went up by nearly $3000. On top of that they charged me more for extra services I could have gone somewhere else for that would have done a much better job. I'm skeptical of getting my maintenance done here let alone get my complimentary car wash. More

Above and Beyond! We were moving from out-of-state and needed a vehicle within days of our arrival. Cody stayed in communication while we traveled, dedicating himself to finding the deal and vehicle we wanted, helping us navigate our first Oregon car purchase and then surprised us by delivering our new Tucson on July 4th, a week earlier than we expected! He went above and beyond at every turn and made us feel so welcome - not just to the Dick Hannah family but to Oregon! Pete made a point of welcoming us as well, sharing the Dick Hannah philosophy (and Loyalty Rewards program!) then helping Colby work with our son-in-law who took a fancy to a vehicle on the lot. Worst experience absolute nightmare* worked to fix it though Took well over 5 hours to purchase a car. They gave me a car with no SD card for navigation. They promised me all weather floor mats which never came. Took well over 5 hours to purchase a car. They gave me a car with no SD card for navigation. They promised me all weather floor mats which never came. They then had me fill out the incorrect paperwork and had me come in the next day taking 3 more hours of my time. To top it off they issued me a Volkswagen temp plate causing me to have to come in a 3rd time for another hour. They offer free car washes while you wait right? Wrong you'll have to wait another few hours because xxxx the customer. They'd prefer to make the services they offer enough of a hassle so you don't use them making less work for them. I have purchased many new automobiles and never had such a bad experience. Hope this helps. ***edit*** Joe took care of my mats and put me front of the line when I came in to get my plates no waiting this time he promised me this service every time. So in sum I'd continue to do business with these guys as long as they keep up with this kind of service. More
