Dick Hannah's Hyundai of Portland

This is MY dealership! I wasn't in the market to purchase or lease a new vehicle, and really only went to Dick Hannah Hyundai of Portland because I had checked on-line and d I wasn't in the market to purchase or lease a new vehicle, and really only went to Dick Hannah Hyundai of Portland because I had checked on-line and discovered that they had my dream car (2014 Sonata Hybrid in Blue Sky metallic) on their lot. I knew that I couldn't afford it at this time, but I just wanted to see one before that model year went away because from what I could and can tell, that color wasn't going to be included with the 2015 models. I got to test drive my dream car, but in the end it just wasn't meant to be. However, while I was at the dealership I found out that they had an Accent in Clearwater Blue, which is so similar to the Blue Sky metallic that I love so much, that I found myself open to taking that bad boy home with me if we could work out a deal that would benefit both myself and the dealer. My salesperson was TED GALLAGHER and from the beginning I liked and trusted him. He's a good guy and I'm very happy that he ended up being the person that I spent the day with. The other salesperson/financial guru (I'm not sure of his exact title) that I worked with was SCOTT DOYLE. I was in a position where I had very strict requirements as to what payments I could afford and usually negotiating the price is the part I think we all hate the most, but I am pleased to say that working with Scott was a breath of fresh air. Right from the beginning he shot straight with me and I appreciated that. I never once felt as though I was being taken for a ride or being made promises that the dealership couldn't actually keep. Scott helped me get my new car with payments that I feel very comfortable with and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. He also stayed late and made sure that I was able to get everything out of my old car (2005 Hyundai Elantra) and transferred over to my new one. My finance and insurance manager was ROY SAYDI, and just like with Scott, I enjoyed working with Roy because I never felt as though he was stringing me along. The other person that I worked with was CHRIS WARD with the dealer's insurance department/Allstate, and it came as no surprise that it was also a pleasure working with him. He helped my girlfriend and me save some money by switching our insurance carrier, which was an awesome and unexpected surprise. I haven't needed to visit the dealer's service department yet, but I have been contacted by them to make sure that I know they are there for me when I need them. I will definitely be seeking them out for all of my vehicle's needs. The last thing I'd like to note is that I was contacted by both Scott and the dealer's insurance department on my birthday, which was a really nice gesture. I love my new Hyundai and I love Dick Hannah Hyundai of Portland!!! More

I found myself consistently going back to Hyundai of Portland for one reason, Tara McCoy. My experience in negotiating a purchase with Tara was actually very enjoyable, much to my surprise. I presented Tara with the my terms, conditions, and needs, and she was able to keep within my comfort zone, which no other salesperson was able to do. Tara is respectful, courteous, gracious, and fun. She conducts herself in a very professional manner. It became clear to me very early in the process that she's an expert in her field of work. Given the experience I had with Tara, I recommended my fiancé to her, and she too purchased a car from Tara a few days later. Upon concluding our business with Tara McCoy, I had the pleasure of closing out the financing arrangements with Yousif Yasin. I found Mr. Yasin to be the consummate professional. He is kind, courteous, humble, and has a presence that immediately puts one at ease, while also demonstrating full command and knowledge of his field of work. I wasn't looking forward to the process of buying a new vehicle, however, I'm grateful to both Tara and Yousif for making the experience an AMAZING one, which I'll not forgot upon returning in the future for my next vehicle. Outstanding! I originally visited the Hyundai dealership in Washington (Not Dick Hannah), which is just across the river from Portland Oregon. I had agreed to buy I originally visited the Hyundai dealership in Washington (Not Dick Hannah), which is just across the river from Portland Oregon. I had agreed to buy a new Accent SE from them, but the Finance officer was rude and unprofessional, so I walked out. I had previously viewed Dick Hannah Hyundai online, so I drove there. Over the years I have purchased brand new vehicles from Nissan, Honda (Twice), GMC (Twice), Toyota, Acura, and Buick. Out of all these dealership purchases, I had the best experience with Dick Hannah’s team. As I walked in, Doug welcomed me and showed me the inventory; He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional with an air of integrity. After I agreed to purchase the car, Doug handed me off to Jeff Salisbury who was also very professional and made my purchase easy and pleasant. I am very happy with my purchase and I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Outstanding job! More
