We went to Dick Hannah of Portland back in August 2012 to purchase our 2010 Hyundai Elantra and we are very satisfied with our experience. He was also very helpful in explaining all the details about the car, including the numbers etched into the windows making it hard for thieves to sell any parts from the car. He even went as far as making me some more coffee when they ran out. They also worked with us to get our payments to where we could afford them. There was no pressure like you would find at other car lots when just stepping onto there lot. I was able to take the car for a test drive on the freeway without any hassle. We drove our new car to Arizona without any kind of mechanical problems or issues. We took our car in for an oil change a couple of days ago and they even hand washed our car for us! We just wanted to say thanks for your great service and friendly attitudes and great atmosphere and we will recommend anyone looking to buy a car to you. Thanks Dick Hannah! More

After having received the "pressure treatment" from 4 or 5 car sales persons, at like 4 other dealerships, Dawn's direct but laid-back approach was a breath of fresh air. Tan was not interested in helping my wife and I out. He was not interested in taking us on a test drive. He DID take us on one, but argued with me about there being no reason to get a manual (I guess it do was not interested in taking us on a test drive. He DID take us on one, but argued with me about there being no reason to get a manual (I guess it doesn't matter that I WANT IT) - kept saying "its the same thing." Didn't know certain facts about the car. Was telling me that test drive car was a Automatic DCT when it's actually not. Was telling me that it had better MPG than the manual when it actually doesn't (because its not a DCT, and it even says on the freaking sticker that it's lower). After all of this, when I ask him if he can let me know when a manual is in, he tells me that I've wasted his time and the miles and gas on the car!! He literally says to a potential customer "You've wasted my time." The dealership was totally dead, there was not a single customer on the lot (it was about 9am). This blew me away. My wife and I are in the market for two cars, and we'll surely be taking our business elsewhere. Until Tan is demoted to janitor, I would avoid doing business with this dealership. There are plenty out there that I've been working with who have been very helpful and appreciative of potentially receiving my business. More
