Bought my new Hyundai Ioniq 5 from Dick Hannah's Hyundai of Portland on March 15th. My salesperson, Allan Grant, is hands down the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with in my life. He's super friendly, not pushy, responded quickly to my questions, text messages, and calls, and took his time explaining how things work on my new car and helped me set up the safety and convenience features. He's very knowledgable about the vehicles and their features. Clearly he takes his job seriously. Dick Hannah as a dealership gets 3.5-4 stars as I have a few minor complaints. First, when I first walked into the lobby/showroom, there weren't any salespeople on the floor, nor anyone at the front desk in the lobby area. They were all in a back office with very few and darkly tinted windows, which obviously makes it difficult to see people walk in. I waited about five minutes without anyone coming out to help me. There was a man on a laptop computer sitting at a table in the lobby and I asked if he was a salesman, and he said no. I then asked him if there were any salespeople around, to which he replied, "I wondered that myself." I finally had to go knock on the glass door to the office to get someone's attention. The guy who saw me didn't open the door, but asked through the glass door what I needed. I said I needed a salesperson, then he finally opened the door and said he would get me one. That's when he asked Allan if he was free to help me, which he was and did. The signing of the sales documents could have been better if they had a track pad and pen to sign documents, rather than trying to sign your name with the computer mouse dragging it across a desktop that was clean, but the mouse wouldn't glide smoothly. Also, I think the actual contract signing-sales process took way too long. Once I decided to purchase the car, it took almost five hours to get all the paperwork done, get the keys, and drive off the lot. Lastly, I was hoping the car would have been a little better detailed on delivery. It had water spots/streaks on the windows and mirrors. It also had some of the sticky residue from the vehicle wrap from manufacturer shipping that was left on the car and Allan had to clean it off for me. That said, I highly recommend Allan Grant (5*****! He's awesome!) and Dick Hannah Hyundai. BTW Allan also sells Volkswagens, in addition to Hyundais. More
