Called for and appointment 3 days prior to bringing in the car and was given an appointmen Brought our vehicle in for a product recall and oil change. Called for and appointment 3 days prior to bringing in the car and was given an appointment time of 10:30 a.m. Arrived on time saw service tech Kyle Palermino who gave me a completion time of 1 1/2 hrs. Vehicle was serviced and ready in 1 hr and 50 mins. Not a real problem since service area appeared to be quite busy on Monday morning. Appreciate courtesy of the the tech and his professionalism. More
