Excellent Service Department With my engine light on, I was unable to get into another dealer close by my home for two weeks, but calling Dick Huvaere, the Service Department was With my engine light on, I was unable to get into another dealer close by my home for two weeks, but calling Dick Huvaere, the Service Department was able to get me in two days later. I was very warmly received by Kyle Palermino who was very polite and very apologetic that I was having trouble with my car. He had arranged for a car loaner since they were not able to look at the car in the same day. He kept me very informed as to all the steps they were taking to fix my car problem. Emergency Repair Service We purchased our used 2013 Town & Country from here. That experience was great. This Monday (29Jun2015) we woke up early to drive to Florida. Faster than Expected. I love the service I received from Mike M. at the service Desk in the Repair shop. He is kind and very pleasant to talk too. Mike said that if I brought it in right away, it would be looked at promptly. When I arrived I was written up quickly. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired, plus I had a recall item repaired all within one hour. Have had many dealings with Mike over the years. He has always been a courteous, no nonsense young man.
