Mr. Overly, Thank you for sharing your feedback and frustrations. We have spent quite a bit of time diagnosing and repairing your 2010 Jeep Liberty with 149,476 miles. Unfortunately, due to our certified technicians and scanning equipment not duplicating your concerns, we are unable to submit a warranty claim to replace your transmission. If we attempted to order a new transmission through Chrysler without following the proper procedures, Chrysler would reject the transmission order. Not asking for a new transmission. That transmission was shifting properly prior to you people replacing the valve body. Only issue the transmission was having when I brought it in was that the gear selector was hard to pull from park to drive. It's possible but not likely that the new valve body was defective. It's not hard to drop a check ball when removing those valve bodies or to install those check xxxxx into the wrong holes. If you want me to take you for a test drive & show you that the transmission is slipping I'd be more than happy to do so. Instead of redoing the repair & making it right you choose to ignore me and avoid me. Numerous calls & emails to you and your general manager Kim J. Have to this day gone unanswered. Not exactly a way to promote customer satisfaction. I just want my jeep fixed correctly or refund the money you collected for the repairs and I'll take it to someone who can fix it correctly. If your mechanics can't fix a transmission properly then they shouldn't be attempting the repair and should leave that repair for some one that is qualified to do so. Other repairs done to this jeep still aren't right as we previously had discussed. You had the jeep over 4 months. The last time it was there the mileage was 176, 391 miles. After having the jeep for over 4 months you can't even get the mileage right. Don't know where you got 149,476 miles from? Reading reviews left by others about repairs done by your mechanics. Apparently I'm not the only one that isn't satisfied with the repairs made at your shop. I'll gladly go on a test drive anytime with you to point out the issue with the transmission not shifting properly. Said it numerous times before that I don't expect something for nothing but I do expect to get what I paid for. You should still have my email and cell phone number. We sincerely apologize that your recent service visit was less than satisfactory. We did not have the parts for your transmission in stock, and when we ordered the parts they were due to come in the following morning. Unfortunately, there was about a 10-hour delay in us receiving the parts from Mopar. Regardless, the service advisor is supposed to keep you updated on the status of your vehicle daily. Thanks for the response and I stand by my review. I would not recommend your service department as you can’t take cars without leaving customers without a car for weeks. Also I would never recommend anyone buy your expensive extended warranties as they are useless if you can’t get in and get a loaner. Everything we were promised you can’t deliver on. I don’t recommend this dealership and your response is further proof. No solutions just sorry, we’re busy. Guess you have enough customers and don’t need new ones.
