Again, a good experience. Scott Reid in the service department was friendly and answered all my questions, which I appreciated. Huvaeres Service Center Michael Myslakowski is highly professional at his duties. My 2007 JeepGrandCherokee had many issues, with its age/mileage, is to be expected. Pulled her in, he took great care as he carefully noted of all my troubles. Rear lights faulty. Motor on rear wiper bad. Hood release cable snapped. All are working fine now. Thank you! Just one ongoing issue, had Jeep in for it at Huvaeres and another local garage. They both say it's not showing anything is wrong. . But my SERVICE 4WHEEL SYSTEM is lighting up in my panel over and over again. That's troublesome! More
A basic oil change service turned into a $500.00 expense. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and the service department stripped the plug and left it leaking without telling me. I informed them th I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and the service department stripped the plug and left it leaking without telling me. I informed them that I would be making a 1200 mile road trip the next morning. When I reached my destination I noticed oil on the driveway so I took my vehicle to another dealership where they showed me the stripped plug and ruined oil pan which had to be replaced. I notified Dick Huvaere’s service dept. They were unwilling to help me with this. I have made several calls and left messages with the service mgrs voicemail up to Kim J, general mgrs voicemail and have been ignored to date. More

Great service while buying/good luck with service for repair To get warranted service done your looking at waiting two weeks, even if you tell them it’s the transmission (which they’ve already tried fixing 3x). To get warranted service done your looking at waiting two weeks, even if you tell them it’s the transmission (which they’ve already tried fixing 3x). Then they’ll have your vehicle for 2-3 days with no calls to update you. When you finally call you have to leave a message, 4 hours later another message, and another 4 hours later insist on staying on the phone until someone talks to you and then they have no answers because the technician hasn’t even looked at it yet! Mind you I waited 16 days driving other vehicles and staying close to home with mine because they couldn’t get me in and when they “could” they can’t even look at my van within the 3 business days they’ve had it? I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again! More
