Huvaeres Service Center Michael Myslakowski is highly professional at his duties. My 2007 JeepGrandCherokee had many issues, with its age/mileage, is to be expected. Pulled her in, he took great care as he carefully noted of all my troubles. Rear lights faulty. Motor on rear wiper bad. Hood release cable snapped. All are working fine now. Thank you! Just one ongoing issue, had Jeep in for it at Huvaeres and another local garage. They both say it's not showing anything is wrong. . But my SERVICE 4WHEEL SYSTEM is lighting up in my panel over and over again. That's troublesome! More

A basic oil change service turned into a $500.00 expense. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and the service department stripped the plug and left it leaking without telling me. I informed them that I would be making a 1200 mile road trip the next morning. When I reached my destination I noticed oil on the driveway so I took my vehicle to another dealership where they showed me the stripped plug and ruined oil pan which had to be replaced. I notified Dick Huvaere’s service dept. They were unwilling to help me with this. I have made several calls and left messages with the service mgrs voicemail up to Kim J, general mgrs voicemail and have been ignored to date. More
