Service Department needs customer service training I wouldn’t get a courtesy car from these guys if you have to have warranty work done. Worse that enterprise rent a car! Truck was in for repair for 5 I wouldn’t get a courtesy car from these guys if you have to have warranty work done. Worse that enterprise rent a car! Truck was in for repair for 5 days, with crap roads in Michigan the courtesy car is bound to get a stone chip. Person behind counter wanted to get quote for repair when returning to charge me. Think about this, would’ve never needed a courtesy car if I didn’t have an electrical charging failure on new truck with 10k miles on it. Follow-ups using provided tools goes unchecked and unanswered. Calls to service rep, no call back. Fill out customer satisfaction card requesting call back, no call back. Only follow-up was on faceboock. Also, service manager will mock you in front of colleagues while your not looking. To bad my wife witness it. Caught in the act. If you want to feel disrespected, go to this dealer. More

Friendly staff and willing to help! i originally dropped by the shop in hopes that there would be an opening for my jeep to be looked at. Unfortunately at the time there was not but they i originally dropped by the shop in hopes that there would be an opening for my jeep to be looked at. Unfortunately at the time there was not but they still kept my jeep to take a look and see if it would have been an easy fix. When I brought it back in for an appointment to be fixed they were extremely friendly. It's always a little intimidating at first going into that environment because a lot of places know you don't know what is wrong and treat you horribly. I felt extremely comfortable interacting and talking with them about my jeep and what I thought to be wrong. Every single person I spoke with at the service shop was beyond friendly and willing to help. They definitely have a customer for life. More
