We do not tolerate our employees being yelled and cursed at by customers. While our team tried to speak with you calmly at the dealership, you refused to lower your voice or to stop using obscenities. You were not charged for the damage to the rental vehicle. Josh, we are sorry for your dissatisfaction. Your Hellcat has an intermittent electrical issue. We saw your video of the issue and ran several tests but unfortunately we were unable to replicate the issue - we do not doubt that the issue exists, but we can only diagnose an issue once we can replicate it. As for the damage to the front end of your car, it was not caused at our dealership. We have photos of your vehicle that show that the front end damage was pre existing.
