My husband and I dropped off our Durango for repairs after being hit by an uninsured motorist. It took two attempts for the body shop at Dock Poe Dodge in El Paso to finish the required repairs correctl after being hit by an uninsured motorist. It took two attempts for the body shop at Dock Poe Dodge in El Paso to finish the required repairs correctly. On the first attempt, the body shop failed to appropriately buff the trim prior to painting it, leaving it rough to the touch and the paint visibly bubbly. Further, it appears the someone bumped the inside of the door with a grinder, exposing metal in two places and leaving the paint chipping in the bottom corner. The body shop staff, specifically Maggie, is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. We are paying them to complete a service and Maggie acts as if she is doing us a favor all while failing to return phone calls or keep us informed of the progress of the repairs in a timely manner. I would never recommend this body shop nor would I ever bring another vehicle in for repairs. More
