We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. During an oil and filter change checking the headlights is not one of our inspection points. We do try and take care of any issues that we may notice while a vehicle is in for service, however, your headlights would not be on while in our service bay due to the bright lighting. We again are sorry we did not notice this issue. We are glad to hear that your oil change was able to be completed so quickly for you!
