Service dept. has horrible customer treatment Had my 2011 Town and Country in for transmission work. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for the repair due to a shortage of manpower. Also had to call numerous times for an update and my service agent there was always apologetic for not calling me with timely updates promising to do better and call me. He never got better. A few times I tried calling and was promptly disconnected or had to wait 15 minutes for someone to answer. When I finally got the minivan back the check engine light was on. Now I'll have to return the minivan and have them look at that. More

3 1/2 months to fix an oil leak I took my Jeep in for service for a oil leak which was determined to be the rear main seal. They said they would have it for a week. 3 1/2 months la I took my Jeep in for service for a oil leak which was determined to be the rear main seal. They said they would have it for a week. 3 1/2 months later I got it back....dirty and smelly. All the while I was getting calls and letters telling me I can turn my lease in early no penalty. So I call them to take them up on their offer and they tell me straight out it's a marketing scheme, and I'd end up paying penalties and any outstanding payments due through US Bank, the company that financed it. Safe to say I won't be buying or leasing another vehicle from Dick Scott Dodge in Plymouth. More

Dissatisfied I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance because it was the only time my wife and I could do without a car (both working parents). I purchased th I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance because it was the only time my wife and I could do without a car (both working parents). I purchased the parts needed in advance and was told the work could be done that day and ready for pickup that evening. When I called to check on my vehicle at noon (5 hours after opening) it was relayed to me other things took precedent and they hadn't yet looked at it. They called me back at 3pm to tell they just took a look, it's going to take longer than expected, and they would need to keep it until Saturday afternoon now (This was on Thursday). Our schedule was not going to allow for it so I told them I need to pick it up and want the pre-ordered parts as well. This was the 2nd time in the past 2 weeks I dropped a car off, being told it would be done that day, and it wasn't. It effects my work and life. More

never again Very dissatified with the service dept. when i first arrived, no one greeted me. I had to go back to have a previous repair repaired. Kept my jeep for 2 weeks, never offered me a loaner or suggested ways to get a temporary ride. NEVER returned calls. Did not feel like a valued customer. Will never be back. Will also share my experience with others. More
