Usually love the service but My last visit I was told that add'l work needed to be done for $1100. Called this morning to find out what was wrong & when I could come in and was told that they would have to look it up. The service person did not give me any paperwork on the needed repairs. I am 70 yrs old and need to know what is going on. Somebody was to call me back in a half hour so for the 1st time the service has not been as good as it always has been. Very disappointed. Trying to make plans with my Boss to get time off to get the car fixed. More

Did not return phone calls in a timely manner or not at all Did damage to my vehicle and treated me like I was lying. Did not return phone when they said would or not at all.
