Very,Very, Very Good!! I brought my Jeep in at about 9:30 AM on SATURDAY not expecting too much they could do over the weekend. Boy w as I wrong Had my Jeep back by noon I brought my Jeep in at about 9:30 AM on SATURDAY not expecting too much they could do over the weekend. Received an e-mail from Steve Sanborn as promised that the part was in and could be installed at my convenience. Had it installed this afternoon within 30 min and out the door. More

Excellent Service! I called for service on our Dodge Caravan on behalf of my husband who has been working 10-12 hrs 7 days a week for the past several weeks. Both the se I called for service on our Dodge Caravan on behalf of my husband who has been working 10-12 hrs 7 days a week for the past several weeks. Both the service folks at the dealership, and the lady at Enterprise (we needed a rental while our van was being worked on) down the road were very very friendly and helpful. They assisted my husband very quickly, including giving him a ride from the dealership to the rental place. Enterprise also aided in giving him a ride back to Dick Scott when it was time to pick up our van and return the rental. My husband really appreciated being taken care of promptly - he wanted a shower and dinner ASAP after another 12 hour day. Thank you Dick Scott Dodge and Enterprise, from the Centers family! A Hundred thumbs up!!!!!!!! More

They treat you like you're dumb I will never bring my car here again. I chose this place bc I thought I could trust the dealership not to take advantage of me. I couldn't have been m I will never bring my car here again. I chose this place bc I thought I could trust the dealership not to take advantage of me. I couldn't have been more wrong. Brought my 3 y.o. car in to have the brakes replaced. They tried to tell me that my car roars bc one of my front axles is cracked and suggested I fix it...for $500. Gave me a bs quote for front and rear brakes, including rotors...for $985. Oh and I definitely need to get my brake line flushed, as well as my transmission...for $400 more, giving me a grand total of estimated cost of repairs around $1,900. All I wanted was new brakes. I'm the original and only owner of this car, bought it brand new off a different lot. My axle would be covered under warranty and has nothing to do with my car roaring. It's not necessary to have my brake line flushed, or my transmission. Paid the $50 brake inspection fee they charged me and took my car to Darby's in Livonia. They were able to fix my brakes for $500 and didn't try to play me like I'm stupid. Dick Scott tried to take advantage of me, but I wasn't born yesterday. Nice try though More
