Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Dick Scott Dodge horrible service dept. 3 oil changes ago, they rotated my tires. When I went for the second oil change I was told my lug nuts were on to tight and I would have to come back 3 oil changes ago, they rotated my tires. When I went for the second oil change I was told my lug nuts were on to tight and I would have to come back at a better time for them to be able to remove them. This last time I was told the same thing. I had an issue with my check engine light, so I took it in and asked them to rotate the tires and look at my front left brake pads (the rotor is all gouged out, you can see this through the rim.) I was told I would have to cover this very expensive repair since I only have 12 most. or 12,000 miles for coverage. I lease this vehicle. So I asked to have them checked why this is happening and to rotate my tires once again. The previous times I was told they had put the lug nuts on to tight. Picked up my car I was told everything including the tire rotation was done and nothing mentioned about the brakes. when I got home my husband looked at my tires and said they did not rotate them and the lug nuts were still to tight to get off. I will never take my car there again, the staff is rude and act like they are doing you a favor by being there, not to mention lie about what they actually do to your vehicle. More

Awesome Service Center - Thanks. Like so many this time of year, I "found" a pot hole and got a flat tire. I had it changed and was at the service center first thing the next morning Like so many this time of year, I "found" a pot hole and got a flat tire. I had it changed and was at the service center first thing the next morning. I was informed that if it was the tire, no issues, it would be repaired, if the rim, I would need additional outside help. Unfortunately it was quickly discovered that I had indeed bent the rim and would have to go elsewhere. But not before the service team replaced some needed filters and provided me with a warm breakfast. I will definitely be back for all my service needs. Rob Goodlow was excellent and provided great customer service....thanks Rob. More

Oil change leads to bro Ken wiper I went in to get my oil changed with my kids. While we were waiting a young man informs me that he cracked my window wiper and a new one will cost $20 I went in to get my oil changed with my kids. While we were waiting a young man informs me that he cracked my window wiper and a new one will cost $20. I ask if they will be willing to give a discount since he broke it. He said he could not. So I pay for oil change and leave. I call the next day to see if someone will help make this right and i am told the person who can help is out to lunch and he would call back but he never did.
