From Sales to Service - an unfailing disappointment: 1.) Service Department - Forgot about me in the waiting lounge...for 6 hours: I took my car in around noon to have the tires replaced, I was told if 1.) Service Department - Forgot about me in the waiting lounge...for 6 hours: I took my car in around noon to have the tires replaced, I was told if i waited there, it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours max. I told them i would wait at the dealership for the work to be finished and provided my cell number to them and went to wait in the lounge. I waited there until about 7pm - when I noticed employees leaving for the day. When I went to the service department (which was closed) they told me that the work on the car was completed around 2:30 - and they didn't know why i was not contacted to retrieve the car. I was provided Service and Parts Director - Joe Proke's contact information and assured he would follow up with me. That never happened. 2.) Service Department - couldn't fix my car, but managed to give it back to me with a new stain: There was some sort of electrical issue with my new charger, it would not start. I took it in once, they were unable to determine the cause and returned it to me. About 6 months later - the vehicle wouldn't start again. I took it in for service and was provided a loaner vehicle while they test drove my car. The dealership had it for approximately 3 1/2 weeks, and then contacted me to let me know they could not fix it. When I picked the car up, not only had not been fixed, they had washed the exterior, and on top of that the interior had a lovely new stain of unknown origins left on the driver's seat. (See attached.) 3.) Sales Department - I was scolded by a sales manager for attempting to get a vehicle at a reasonable price: My significant other and I went to the sales department looking into the possibility of a trade in, the first salesman we worked with was of little assistance in working with us to get a vehicle we wanted with a payment we wanted, we spoke with a sales manager that was of equally little assistance, and we left the dealership. We came back about a month later - looking at a different vehicle, the sales associate sent us again to the sales manager Eric Roundy - who then told us "I remember you, and I see what you're trying to do here. We just cant help you." 4.) Sales Department - Sending incentives for deceiving promotions: We returned to this dealership twice after receiving several notifications in the mail that they were very interested in buying back or providing incentives for customers with a lease of my vehicle. When we inquired about the promotions - both times we were told it does not apply to us. And yet I still frequently continue to receive these false promotions from Dick Scott. Working with this dealership was a complete mistake - I will never purchase a vehicle at this location again. They made it exceedingly apparent that they don't care about customers at all, and I am very much looking forward to ending my lease. I wish that I could give -5 stars. Save yourself the trouble - and go to a different dealership...seriously...ANY other dealership. More

After I dropped my vehicle off for service I decided to check out the used vehicle lot. Two hours later and a great sale rep name Bob B. I bought me a used vehicle for a great price. Worst Service Ever Had to have 3 visits in a month to repair 2009 Jeep Heater each time involved me obtaining a rental for 2 to 3 days when they paid for 1 rental ( whic Had to have 3 visits in a month to repair 2009 Jeep Heater each time involved me obtaining a rental for 2 to 3 days when they paid for 1 rental ( which was like pulling teeth to get ), it was ready in 24 hrs still the heater did not work. Was told I was responsible and charged for radiator flush approx $125.00 the last flush I was charged $180.00. Every communication with the service rep Harley was disappointing, even when he would see you walking up to the desk he stayed on his PHONE searching or texting I don't know which, never answered his phone always had to leave a message, very hard to do when your on 12 night shifts. Jeep not washed,They can't get rid of you fast enough. Just poor customer service!! Went to use my windshield washer fluid sure enough broken I could not stomach going back there, got it repaired ended up they didn't replace a seal and left 2 screws out securing it. $ 120.00 out of pocket again. Recall and Repair hassles Repair #1 - We brought the car in for an oil change, and the next day a cosmetic part fell off the bottom of the car. We brought it back in and were told that DS would cover the labor, but that we were responsible to pay for the $180 part. Recall - We received letters about a recall, so we called to schedule the service. However, DS told us 3 times that they could not perform the recall service because they didn't have the parts. Who is supposed to order these parts? We called other dealers and they said of course they had the part and to come on it. We called DS a 4th time, and were finally scheduled to service the recall item. Repair #2 - When our car was in for the recall, we told the service area that the car makes a thump noise when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. They said they would look at it. When we picked up the car, they told us all was fine. Driving home, the shifting from 1st to 2nd was even worse. Apparently no test drive was done. More
