Oil change/tire rotation I made an on line appointment for 3:30. When I arrived, the service center was busy. I drove up, spoke to the service staff and they had my vehicle pa I made an on line appointment for 3:30. When I arrived, the service center was busy. Took 3 days just to run a diagnostic test on my car. I had to call to get an update on my car because no one called me. After getting angry and upset with my service guy someone finally looked at it. After they found the problem it was fixed fast which I appreciated but I was not happy with the struggle I had to go through just to have someone test it. Also they changed my license plate holder without my my consent and therefore I will be taking it off and changing it. Overall I was not very satisfied with this place. More
