He knew I wanted a Ram, so he asked if he could go look while I was out of town. I told him he could try, but I didn't know if the sales people would help him or take him seriously. When I got back from my trip, he had 2 trucks picked out and took me to the dealership. My son is very inquisitive and I know he took a bunch of Chris' time asking questions to find the right truck. When I got to the dealership, I liked both trucks but picked my truck based on the color. Chris made the process easy and again, took the time to listen to my son, when he easily could have blown him off, since he was only 17. It took me less than a week to get my car, actually about 3 days from the moment I started talking with Alexis! They took my Jeep, that was about to give our all together, for more than any other dealership would even THINK of giving me, just so they could get me into something more reliable. They listened to what I could do, and did their absolute best to get me as close to the cost I could afford as possible with my bad credit. Jeff Lopez is honest and caring, and I feel he genuinely wanted to help me out. I'll be back to these people in a couple years! More

The only challenge was upon taking delivery, the vehicle was not prepped well by the porters and took an extra 45 mins to finalize delivery. Otherwise, my experience at Dick Scott was top notch. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership and in will certainly purchase another vehicle here. More

Great sales experience, except for the 1/2 tank of gas Chris Helka did a great job for us as our sales guy. Once we got there, the entire transaction only took about 2 hours including the test drive and trade in. My only complaint is their management's policy of only filling the gas tank half way; kind of expected a full tank on a $53000.00 vehicle. Great job Chris! Thanks. More
