Although they didn't have what my husband was looking for the first time he was in, Joe took the time to keep looking and called my husband a couple weeks later with exactly what he was looking for. As for me, I traded my Stratus in for a Dodge Avenger. Joe was great to work with. He knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me many options that were within my price range. He was able to get me $3000 for my trade in value, which was $500 over the originally offer, to keep my monthly payment where I was comfortable at. Joe went with me to test drive a couple different models and never made me feel pressured or like I was wasting his time. He took the time to go over some of the features on the Avenger that I had selected and even searched a warranty report at my request. Joe also made sure I had a full tank a gas with my new purchase. He worked with the financial department to make sure I got the lowest APR on my loan that I could and was always in contact with me throughout the whole purchase. I had trouble with my caliber's transmission and was told by Lansing area dealerships that nothing could be done. Your dealership helped out instantly.
