When I arrived at the dealership I found them easy to work with and as helpful & customer service oriented as I could have hoped for. They handled my transaction (including a trade-in) within two hours of my arrival. I give this dealership and their personnel 5 stars! More

I have been a Dick Scott customer since 1996. At that time, I lived in Canton, Michigan and visited your dealership i Plymouth where I also met Mr. Scott. I was employed by a great friend of Mr. Scott, t time, I lived in Canton, Michigan and visited your dealership i Plymouth where I also met Mr. Scott. I was employed by a great friend of Mr. Scott, thus a long pleasent dealer/customer relationship began. Our 2000 Intrepid used to e Jud Scott's. Since 2000 it has been my wife's vehicle. Great car, 143,000+ miles and still gets 30mpg on the highway. I was getting the Intrepid serviced when I stopped to speak with jason Hilts about a sales event I received in the mail. His knowledge of the vehicles relulted in my buying a 2013 Ram 1500. So far, this appears to be a fine truck. More

Went to Dick Scott to look at a used vehicle they had listed on their website. Upon arrival, the vehicle would not start - and when they did get it started was not running right. Service looked at the listed on their website. Upon arrival, the vehicle would not start - and when they did get it started was not running right. Service looked at the vehicle and ultimately decided they would NOT sell the vehicle. I then worked with sales person and finance (I have some credit problems)and they were able to get me financed for a vehicle I am very happy with. Used prices seem to be in-line with other dealers. Throughout the entire process the staff was very friendly and there was no high-pressure sales techniques enployed. Very satisfied with our experience and will return for our next vehicle. More

Got a new Jeep wrangler today and I can honestly say this has been the best car leasing experience I have ever had...Jud Scott was professional, kind, experienced and went above and beyond any other sales as has been the best car leasing experience I have ever had...Jud Scott was professional, kind, experienced and went above and beyond any other sales associate/ dealership I have ever dealt with. The staff was wonderful and I honestly can not say enough good things about Jud and the wonderful way I and my daughter-in-law were treated. As far as purchasing a vehicle, this was a fun experience. I could not be happier with my choice of buying a 2012 Jeep Liberty at Dick Scott Motor Mall in Fowlerville, 35 miles from my home in La experience. I called Dick Scott Motor Mall because it's close to my home and I had seen advertisements on TV for leases available; the Dodge Journey and the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I also went there because the salespers home and I had seen advertisements on TV for leases available; the Dodge Journey and the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I also went there because the salesperson I had dealt with at Todd Wenzel Chevrolet who I had done business with for the past two leases I had, just seemed to be unresponsive. (After three phone calls, I finally reached him and he was to return my call the next day with information about the vehicle I was interested in - I'm still waiting!) I spoke with Shannon a couple of times and she was very pleasant. I went to the dealership on a Friday and was introduced to Joe Murphy. He could not have been more helpful and informative. He took me on a test drive in the Grand Cherokee which I loved. He did also show me the Dodge Journey, but my mind was already made up for the Jeep. He showed me all the features the vehicle had which I wasn't familiar with and really took his time. Answered any and all questions I had. I picked up the vehicle the next day and absolutely love it. Tom Harwood was great to work with. Tom listened to what I wanted on the vehicle and found a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT with exactly those features. The price was where it needed to be so the monthly payment I wanted on the vehicle and found a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT with exactly those features. The price was where it needed to be so the monthly payment is less then what was budgeted. Tom is the best new vehicle purchase experience I have ever had!!
