We were looking for a new pickup truck so talked to Rick Tavormina as we bought our Durango from him last year. What a great experience. He gave us the out the door price right away, got the trade in appra Tavormina as we bought our Durango from him last year. What a great experience. He gave us the out the door price right away, got the trade in appraised and got a really good deal. Think it all took maybe an hour. Went the next day to pick it up and signed the papers with no glitches and no surprises. Rick is great to deal with and we will look him up when we are ready for another vehicle. He worked with me very well on a discount from MSRP of the veh in Fowlerville. I ordered a new Jeep Wrangler 4xe hybrid via Tom Kaczmarek - sales. He worked with me very well on a discount from MSRP of the vehicle. He also stepped up when I pushed back on the initial trade in offer and then reasonably matched my expectations. I have bought many new cars in my lifetime and Tom & the Motor Mall is right at the top for doing their work well. I was never pressured or pushed during the process, including any dealer add on options when signing the papers. I have not used them for vehicle service yet, but if it matches the sales area for people skills & caring, it should be great. More
