This was my first time buying from Dick Scott Motor Mall in Fowlerville. I ordered a new Jeep Wrangler 4xe hybrid via Tom Kaczmarek - sales. He worked with me very well on a discount from MSRP of the veh in Fowlerville. I ordered a new Jeep Wrangler 4xe hybrid via Tom Kaczmarek - sales. He worked with me very well on a discount from MSRP of the vehicle. He also stepped up when I pushed back on the initial trade in offer and then reasonably matched my expectations. I have bought many new cars in my lifetime and Tom & the Motor Mall is right at the top for doing their work well. I was never pressured or pushed during the process, including any dealer add on options when signing the papers. I have not used them for vehicle service yet, but if it matches the sales area for people skills & caring, it should be great. More
