We are sorry to hear you feel you had a negative experience at our dealership; at Dick Scott Motor Mall our goal is complete satisfaction and exceptional service to all customers. During the first visit you mention in your review, we did have your vehicle for 3 days, however, we were told you were out of town and did not need the vehicle back until you returned. We prioritized your repair based on this information. Had you needed it back sooner we would have prioritized your repair differently. During your recent visit our tech did mistakenly use dealership oil during your oil change rather than the oil provided. We made sure to inform you of this error right away and offered to immediately replace the oil with the oil you provided. You declined to have us make this correction. We then corrected your repair order and removed the charge for the oil we used as this was our mistake. You were only charge for the labor, filter, and shop supplies that were used during the oil change. Upon your return to the dealership to inform us there was an issue with oil in the engine compartment, we again offered to rectify this situation, however, we were not given the opportunity to see the issue or correct it. We understand your frustration and are very sorry for your inconvenience. We have done our best to try and fix this matter and keep you informed about all issues with your vehicle. We apologize we were not able to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. We would appreciate another opportunity to provide you with great customer service!
