Mr. Cypher patiently and in great detail questioned me about my wants and needs in a new car: type, size, price point, buy or lease, etc. When an agreement was reached, finance arrangement was easy, and I was ready to go. Details for driving the car was also reviewed. I will most certainly recommend Dick Scott to family and friends. More
