The staff is very accommodating. My husband and I purchased our Jeep Grand Cherokee from Dick Scott Motor Mall in 2016 and I recently took it in for an oil change and for 2 recalls. Poor communication Didn’t keep me updated on backordered parts after they forgot to order the first time with no apology, Just said “those things happen.” Waited 4 month Didn’t keep me updated on backordered parts after they forgot to order the first time with no apology, Just said “those things happen.” Waited 4 months for parts only to find out they needed to order whole new item. They didn’t inform me of that when they called to tell me it was done. I’ve tried calling to find out how much longer I have to wait with no return call. Very poor customer service. More

Ist time service customer I was able to drop my car off a little early for the oil change and they got right on it and I was out of there in under 1 hr. They have someone who I was able to drop my car off a little early for the oil change and they got right on it and I was out of there in under 1 hr. They have someone who could have run me home but it wasn't going to take to long so I decided to wait for it. They have a nice waiting area with a tv in it. More
