Nelson worked with us to make sure the deal was what we wanted.I did not appreciate the pressured sales from the manager for additional warranty for the vehicle that was not necessary. We told him a several times that we were not interested at the time and he gave us attitude. Worst Experience in 60 years of customer service I've ever had. .recall appointment confirmed get there and they don't have the part to fix my truck.
