Got us exactly what we were looking for Traded in a vehicle with negative equity and they worked to get us trade in value enough to pay it off, and despite our less than good credit got us a Traded in a vehicle with negative equity and they worked to get us trade in value enough to pay it off, and despite our less than good credit got us at least in the ballpark of the payment we were looking for. Another dealership we were looking at turned is away from the guy we went to see and to a "high risk" specialist who never returned our call. Best service experience. I had been going to a local auto repair shop because I have an older Dodge. That shop had caused me extra problems. So I started to go to Dick Scott I had been going to a local auto repair shop because I have an older Dodge. That shop had caused me extra problems. So I started to go to Dick Scott Dealership for service about three years ago. I cannot thank Scott Combs enough for all his help to work with me in fixing several problems I was having. He was great at identifying and then setting priority so that I could get the work done gradually and within my budget. I observed him working with other customers as well. He is the best service person I have ever worked with. His expertise for auto mechanical problems showed up right away and he is good at explaining things in a non-mechanical way, so that I could understand. I again, I can not thank him enough for all his help and I will not take my Dodge anywhere else for service. More
