I called Dick Scott Chrysler Jeep and talked to Scott Combs the Service Manager he listened and said that if I could drop it off the next morning he would see if they could find out what was wrong and get it fixed. I dropped it off and they provided a shuttle ride home for me, I talked withem later in the day and they told me they had found the problem and it was a recall issue that had happened a second time on my car. They fixed it and had me on my way by 4:30. GREAT SERVICE!!!! More

Usually better I went in to have a tail light housing replaced and get tires on my car. I’ve been here a few other times and have had very good service. This time I went in to have a tail light housing replaced and get tires on my car. I’ve been here a few other times and have had very good service. This time was not great. I was told it would be about 1.5 hours for the activity. After 2.5 hours I walked to back to inquire and saw my car on the lift with no wheels on it. When I asked I was informed that it would be a bit longer as Service didn’t know Collision had the tail light housing to install and they (Service) hadn’t been informed of the tires till that morning. Any how, I got the car back and left only the have the tail light that was just repaired malfunction. So I drove back to the shop for that to be fixed. Later that evening when my husband got home he asked “don’t they give valve stem covers with tires anymore?” Because none of the 4 brand new tires had valve stem covers on them. I usually have high praise for this place but I was disappointed this time. More
